Homecare Assistants

Daily support that keeps patients comfortable and safe at home

What you'll do

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Help with feeding, medication reminders, and daily routines
Keep the patient's room clean, safe, and comfortable
Provide companionship and report changes to the care coordinator

What we're looking for

Minimum SSLC / Plus Two; homecare or caregiving certificate preferred
Prior experience caring for elderly or bedridden patients is an advantage
Patience, punctuality, and genuine warmth with patients and families
Conversational Malayalam; basic English is a plus
Willing to travel within Kollam district

Nurses

Clinical care delivered in the patient's own home

What you'll do

Wound dressing, injections, IV care, and catheter management
Monitor and record vital signs; escalate concerns promptly
Administer medication and maintain accurate patient notes
Support post-operative and post-hospitalization recovery at home
Guide families on day-to-day care between visits

What we're looking for

GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM qualification
Valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council registration
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; home care experience preferred
Sound judgement working independently in a patient's home
Willing to travel within Kollam district
